Who you are buying from
Cycle It Ltd (Gibraltar) sells the Nature Reserve to Town ticket as an independent ticket reseller, in partnership with the Gibraltar Bus Company.
What you are buying
- A bus ticket for the journey from the Gibraltar Nature Reserve down to town. One ticket type covers everyone — there are no separate adult and child fares.
- Tickets are valid on the day of purchase only.
- The ticket does not include entry to the Nature Reserve or travel on other bus routes.
Prices
- In pounds: £10.00 per ticket.
- In euros: €15.00 per ticket. The currency offered follows your device's language and can be switched with the £/€ control; euro prices are fixed, not a daily conversion.
- There are no booking or order fees — the price shown is the price charged. Prices include any applicable taxes.
Cancellations and refunds
- Tickets are valid immediately for the day of purchase and are non-refundable once issued.
- If the service is suspended for the remainder of your travel day before your ticket is used, we will refund it in full — contact us via the contact form or admin@cycleit.gi with your ticket code; refunds are returned to the card you paid with.
Using the ticket
- Show the ticket QR — on the ticket screen, your backup email, or a screenshot — to the driver when you board. The QR is scanned once and exchanged for printed tickets covering everyone on the booking.
- The QR is single-use: once exchanged it becomes void, and the time, date and validating device of the exchange are recorded. The printed tickets are then your proof of travel — keep them safe, as lost paper tickets cannot be reissued.
- The ticket is non-transferable. Copying, altering or sharing a ticket so that more people travel than were paid for is fare evasion; such tickets fail validation.
Payment
Payment is taken by our PCI-certified payment provider at the moment of purchase; card details never touch our systems. The name of our merchant account appears on your card statement.
Service changes
The service, its boarding points and its times belong to the operator and may change without notice. Information on this site is provided in good faith; the driver's word prevails on the day.
